Installed refrigerating power:
3385 kW - VRV systems air treatment capacity of 5.6 MegaW and Flow rate plants 300,000 m3 / h; cold station with a capacity of 4400 kW - chiller power and 5200 kw - cooling towers
Installed equipment:
MultiV systems with indoor units such as box and blower (with air distribution through grilles and anemostats) - over 400 units.
Control, administration, metering of individual consumption through PC Central Controller; interface for future integration in BMS system redesign and execution of the chilled water production station serving the ventilation plants; design and execution of ventilation plants - by replacing the air treatment plants - 8 treatment plants, with fresh air supply.

Over 240 ceiling-mounted fan coil units with an installed power of 2 megaW; equipment integrated in the BMS system

Chillers with capacities between 80 and 140 kW, with fan coil type terminal units and direct expansion cooling equipment, box type; ventilation systems for stale air exhaust and fresh air inlet were also installed, as well as air treatment plants.
